Using our services
You may use the KhalilAI website and khalil Agents for lawful purposes only. API keys are personal to the account they were issued to; keep them secret and tell us right away if one leaks.
Acceptable use
You may not use our services to:
- record, transcribe or imitate anyone without the permission the law requires;
- commit fraud or scams, or impersonate a real person;
- create harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence;
- overload, probe or reverse-engineer our systems, or get around rate limits;
- break any law that applies to you or your users.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules.
Accuracy
Speech recognition can make mistakes, especially with noisy audio, names and numbers. Check results before relying on them for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.
Your content
You keep the rights to the audio you send and the text we return to you. You give us permission to process it to provide the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep services running but do not guarantee they are always available. We may change these terms; we will post the new version here with a new date.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, KhalilAI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services.
