Privacy policy

Effective 2 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data KhalilAI collects, why, and the choices you have. Contact hello@khalilai.com with any question.

Voice contributors

If you apply to record, we collect the details in the application form (name, phone, optional email, country, city, dialect, gender, birth year, device, availability and payment preference), your signed consent (name, time, connection address and browser), and your recordings. We use them to review your application, manage your work and payments, and build speech technology as described in the contributor consent. Datasets we share or license never include your name, phone number or email.

Businesses and developers

If you contact us, request a pilot, we collect the details you send (name, company, email, phone, industry and message) to reply and provide the service.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run KhalilAI (for example hosting and payment providers), when the law requires it, or with your permission.

Security and storage

Data is stored on secured servers with limited access. We keep contributor contact details for as long as you contribute and up to three years after, for payment and legal records, and business contact details for as long as needed to serve you.

Your choices

  • Ask for a copy of your data, or for corrections.
  • Ask us to delete your data, subject to the limits in the contributor consent and the law.
  • Stop contributing at any time.
